By using VidyaPath, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies. Resources are for personal, non-commercial educational use. No particular examination score, admission or academic outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts
Provide accurate account details and protect your password. Do not share credentials, impersonate others or access another person's account. Students under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Courses, memberships and live classes
Access depends on the eligibility, included resources and validity displayed for the offering. Membership does not automatically include every course or restricted live class. Buying one course does not unlock another. Access ends at its purchased expiry or configured cutoff. Renewals require a new purchase; membership is not an automatic recurring charge.
Payments and access
Prices and access periods are displayed before checkout. Pay0 handles checkout, and paid access requires server-side payment verification. A browser success message alone does not grant access. If payment completes but access is missing, contact support with your registered email and order reference. Do not share your password or payment security codes.
Refunds and cancellation
VidyaPath does not offer voluntary refunds for course, membership or live-class purchases. Cancelling use or choosing not to renew does not itself return a payment. The Refund Policy applies without limiting remedies required by applicable law.
Content rights and conduct
Do not resell or redistribute materials without the rights holder's permission. Do not bypass access controls, share private resource links, misuse live classrooms or interfere with the service. Materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
Suspension and availability
Accounts may be suspended for security concerns or misuse. Suspension blocks further authorized content requests while preserving existing records. Already downloaded files cannot be recalled. Service or provider interruptions may occur; contact support if purchased access is affected.
Study answers and providers
AI-generated explanations can contain errors and should be checked against source material. Payments and configured live classes depend on external providers and their applicable terms. Study answers are not professional advice.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or legal protections. Changes will be published with an updated date. Questions and complaints may be sent to the support email below.
